A 3% processing fee applies to all card payments.
Good to Know
Nail Aftercare & Repair
If a nail chips, breaks, or is lost within 7 calendar days of your service, notify us promptly and we'll repair it. This excludes fills, refills, and regular polish services.
Email vividlamirada@gmail.com with a photo, your service date and time, service type, and your name and phone number. Allow 24–48 hours for a reply. After 7 days, a repair fee applies.
Repairs restore the affected nail to its original design and do not include color or style changes. Any change beyond the original service is billed as a new service.
Refunds
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on services rendered. If something isn't right, tell us within the 7-day repair window and we'll fix it.
Nail Art & Custom Designs
Review and approve your final look before you leave. Once you've left the salon, we can't offer re-dos on custom art. Reference images guide the design as inspiration — we can't guarantee exact replicas.
Allergies & Sensitivities
Tell your technician about any allergies, skin sensitivities, or medical conditions before your service begins. We can't be held liable for reactions to undisclosed conditions.
Appointments & Cancellations
Book ahead to secure your preferred time. Walk-ins are welcome based on availability. Give us 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Pricing is confirmed at the time of service.
Promotions & General
Promotions can't be combined unless stated otherwise, and we may modify or end any promotion at any time. We aren't liable for lost or unattended belongings, and we reserve the right to refuse service.
